Easy Lamb Recipe -Yemeni Haneeth with Measurements – How to cook Lamb? Ramadan Special

This is the most delicious lamb recipe I have ever tried, I hope you end up making it and let me know how it turns out. After the last shot I put it back in the oven uncovered for 30min. I also added some rosemary on the top purely for decoration. At this point the liquid evaporates and the sauce becomes thicker and rich in flavours. The final result will look as the thumbnail picture. I’m planning on making the rice recipe that goes with the lamb and you will be able to see better shots of the final product.

Ingredient List:
– Lamb leg
– Cilantro (bunch)
– 1 tsp Garam masala
– 1 tsp Paprika
– 1 tsp Coriander seeds
– 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp Ground cumin
– 2 Garlic cloves
– Salt (to taste)
– Black Pepper (to taste)
– 3 Tbsp Tomato paste
– 1 Lime (juice)
– Olive Oil
– White Vinegar
– 3 Bay leaves
– 1 Cinnamon stick
