Luxury Yacht Transfer from Velana International Airport to Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi Island. To get to the resort you need to take a boat. Waldorf Astoria only allows guests to book their own yachts from the airport. The yacht is beautiful and luxurious indeed but unfortunately the trip is so short that there isn’t enough time to enjoy it. More of our trip at the Waldorf Astoria Maldives coming up soon. I hope you enjoy it! If you are thinking on visiting the hotel soon, I would recommend to visit the Waldorf Astoria Spa and take time to enjoy the facilities before/after the treatment. We had the 1 ½ hour full body Balinese massage and it was great.

Is Qatar Airways Business Class really the best in the world? We had not traveled since the pandemic started and to be honest, I was afraid. But the space we had in the 4 person Qsuite made me feel at ease and we wore N95 facemask for the whole duration of the flight except for while eating and washing up/skincare routine. The kids loved the Qsuite and learned how to control the entertainment system, seat configuration, and lights in a heartbeat. *It is important to know that you only get 1 double bed per Qsuite and 2 individual bed/seats. Our flight was from New York JFK to Doha, Qatar in the famous A350. I was impressed on how quiet the aircraft is. To the point, I wish there was a little more white noise so I didn’t have to hear the Qsuite neighbor snored. The menu is halal and there were plenty of fancy non-alcoholic drinks including some delicious mocktails. The Holy Qur’an was available in the program. Alhamdulilah for this opportunity! Insha’Allah I can experience the Qsuite in the future after the pandemic. And yes! Now, I can say it is the best business class at the time.

If you only have a little time to visit Athens, here is a guide on what you can do in only 1 day. All places shown were within walking distance and we didn’t have to take any transportation, with that being said get ready to walk a lot and discover this historical city.

We took this trip only 2 weeks before lockdown, we were clueless that the world was about to change with Covid 19. And we hope we all can travel and enjoy the world again soon. We took a lot of things for granted, we were so privilege and we didn’t even know it. Stay safe!

Throwback to our trip to Vancouver, way before Covid 19. When I was younger I spent many summers in this area, since then I have been in love with the city. Alhamdulilah! This time I had the opportunity to come back with my family to experience a completely different side of Vancouver and show my little kids around.

Vacationing in Vancouver has always been a wonderful! There are a ton of halal friendly restaurants, food is not expensive in comparison to other cities and shopping is great. I hope this little guide help you deciding what to do & don’t do with small kids.

We really enjoy Fairmont Hotels so every time we travel to a place that has one we usually end up staying in one. We appreciated the excellent service and facilities but the only downside is the unattractive loyalty program Accord. Otherwise, I absolutely recommend them. As always,

I wish someone told me that there are 3 different lounge options if you are a Qatar Airways Business Class passenger in Doha. I went to the Qatar Business Class Lounge instead I could have gone to the Al Mourjan Business Lounge that it is a higher category or I could even have purchased the upgrade to the Al Safwa First Lounge which is one of the most luxurious in the world.

If you have a long layover while traveling to Doha Hamad International Airport there are many things to do while waiting for your next flight for example in my bucket list of things to do next time I visit Insha’Allah is having English afternoon tea at Harrods Tea Room, swimming at Onyx hotel’s pool and experiencing the Al Mourjan Lounge. I think I need a full day at the airport LOL. Check the different lounges, I believe there are at least 7 lounges. You can also book a suite in the Onyx Hotel which is inside the terminal.
